Is the program suitable for beginners or only for advanced learners?

The program is for absolutely everyone! If you are a beginner, trying to develop your physique and healt or you are already training at gym – Our Training Plan is meant for you!

What types of learning methods are used in the program?

Our Training Program has a video of every exercise. We have also pointed out the common mistakes so you can be sure that you have the right technique!

How do i receive it after the purchase?

10-20 seconds after your purchase, you will receive a downloadable file, here on our website. An e-mail will also be sent to you with a file of the training program.

Should i do cardio before or after my workout?

We recommend doing cardio after your gym workout so that you can give your maximum effort during strength training and achieve your desired results.

Is it meant using only at the gym or can i use the program also at home?

Our exercises need machines to be done. We reccommend using the program at the gym, but if you have machines at home, go for it!
